1. 목적 및 적용 범위

본 약관은 KIOKO Lab(이하 “회사”)이 제공하는 ‘Path Finder: Memory Puzzle’ 게임 서비스(이하 “서비스”)의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.

2. 계정 및 서비스 이용

• 서비스는 Firebase 인증(익명/소셜 로그인)을 통해 계정을 식별할 수 있습니다.
• 이용자는 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 타인의 정보를 도용해서는 안 됩니다.
• 회사는 서비스 운영 또는 보안상 필요 시 특정 기능 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

3. 서비스 제공, 변경 및 중단

• 회사는 게임 제공, 업데이트, 이벤트 등 서비스를 지속적으로 제공합니다.
• 운영상 또는 기술상 필요 시 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경·중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 사전에 공지합니다.

4. 이용자의 의무

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 부정행위(치트/자동화/버그 악용 등) 및 랭킹 조작
• 리버스 엔지니어링, 무단 복제, 비인가 접근 시도
• 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위(저작권·개인정보 등)

위반 시 회사는 경고, 이용 제한 또는 계정 삭제 등 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

5. 인앱 결제 및 환불

• 인앱 결제는 Google Play / Apple App Store 정책을 따릅니다.
• 환불은 각 스토어의 정책 및 절차에 따라 처리됩니다.

6. 광고

• 서비스에는 광고가 포함될 수 있습니다.
• 광고 제거 상품 구매 시 광고가 비활성화될 수 있습니다.

7. 지식재산권

• 서비스 및 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권 및 지식재산권은 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
• 이용자는 회사의 사전 동의 없이 이를 복제, 배포, 전송, 변형할 수 없습니다.

8. 면책 및 책임 제한

• 회사는 천재지변, 네트워크 장애, 스토어 정책 변경 등 불가항력적 사유로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 회사는 이용자의 데이터 또는 진행 상황이 손실된 경우 이를 복구할 의무가 없습니다.
• 회사의 책임은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 제한됩니다.

9. 개인정보 보호

• 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항은 별도의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

10. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결

• 본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 합니다.
• 분쟁이 발생할 경우 회사와 이용자는 원만한 해결을 위해 협의하며, 관할 법원은 대한민국 법원으로 합니다.

1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between KIOKO Lab (the “Company”) and users of the “Path Finder: Memory Puzzle” game service (the “Service”).

2. Accounts and Use of Service

• The Service may identify accounts via Firebase authentication (anonymous or social login).
• Users must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others.
• The Company may restrict certain features for operational or security reasons.

3. Service Provision, Changes, and Suspension

• The Company provides the Service, updates, and events on an ongoing basis.
• The Company may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service as needed and will provide notice for material changes.

4. User Obligations

Users must not:

• Engage in cheating, automation, or abuse of bugs, including ranking manipulation
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt unauthorized access
• Infringe on the rights of others (copyright, privacy, etc.)

Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, or account termination.

5. In-App Purchases and Refunds

• In-app purchases follow Google Play / Apple App Store policies.
• Refunds are handled according to each store’s procedures.

6. Advertising

• The Service may include advertisements.
• Ads may be disabled if the user purchases an ad removal product.

7. Intellectual Property

• All rights to the Service and its content belong to the Company or rightful owners.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or modify any content without prior consent.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, network outages, or store policy changes.
• The Company has no obligation to restore user data or progress in the event of loss.
• Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

9. Privacy

• Personal data handling follows the separate Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• Disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussions, with jurisdiction in Korea.
