KIOKO Lab(이하 '회사')은 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립합니다. 본 방침은 'Path Finder: Memory Puzzle' 게임 서비스(이하 '서비스')에 적용됩니다.

3. 인앱 결제 및 광고 제거
- 결제 처리: 인앱 상품 결제는 Google Play Store 및 Apple App Store를 통해 처리됩니다. 회사는 신용카드 번호 등 민감한 결제 정보를 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
- 계정 연결(선택 사항): 광고 제거 구매 또는 복원 과정에서 안정적인 계정 식별을 위해 Google/Apple 계정 연결을 안내할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 이메일 주소 등 로그인 제공 정보가 수집될 수 있으며, 서비스 이용에 필수는 아닙니다.
- 광고 제거 구매 시: 광고 제거 상품 구매 이용자의 경우 맞춤형 광고 제공을 위한 광고 식별자(ADID/IDFA) 수집 및 활용이 중단됩니다. 다만, 서비스 개선 및 통계 분석을 위한 비식별 로그 데이터는 계속 수집될 수 있습니다.
4. 제3자 제공 및 국외 이전 (광고 및 분석)
원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 외부 SDK를 활용하며, 데이터가 국외로 이전될 수 있습니다.

5. 아동 보호 정책

3. In-App Purchases and Ad Removal
- Payment Processing: In-app payments are processed through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The Company does not collect or store sensitive payment information like credit card numbers.
- Optional Account Linking: For reliable purchase verification or restore, we may prompt users to link a Google/Apple account. In that case, login-provided data such as email may be collected; this is not required to use the Service.
- After Purchasing Ad Removal: For users who purchase the ad removal item, collection and use of the Advertising Identifier (ADID/IDFA) for advertising purposes will cease. Non-identifiable log data for service improvement and statistical analysis may still be collected.
4. Third-Party Sharing and International Data Transfer
To provide a stable service, the Company shares some information with trusted external partners, during which data may be transferred to and stored outside your residence (e.g., the United States).

- Access, Correction, Deletion: You may access or correct your personal information or request account deletion at any time through the in-app "Account Settings" or by contacting our customer support email.
- Opt-out of Personalized Ads: You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings.

- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track".
